Package Your Ornaments
Carefully place the items in their original decorative gift boxes and pack them into a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding to prevent breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the ornaments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
